I often include a blog quote in my blog posts, simply to break up the content into bite-size pieces. A lot of bloggers use also blog quotes to get their point across with emotion. People find quotes to be inspiring and motivating.
Whether you want a blog quote for your own blog content, or simply need a pick-me-up on a bad day, I’ve got you covered. These are 16 of my personal favorite quotes, some are about blogging and some are just inspirational in general.

I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.

Would you like me to give you a formula for success? It’s quite simple, really. Double your rate of failure. You are thinking of failure as the enemy of success. But it isn’t at all. You can be discouraged by failure or you can learn from it, so go ahead and make mistakes. Make all you can. Because remember that’s where you will find success.

including blog quotes in your content
Why should you include blog quotes in your blog posts?
- Well like I mentioned, it can break up your content to make your blog post more easily readable. Quotes do not run the risk of slowing down your website like images do, so they are a great option.
- Inspire your readers to take action with a motivational quote that provokes their emotions.
- You can use quotes to back up your statements in your blog post, increasing your credibility.
- Can encourage your readers to reflect on your content longer.
You can choose to do a quote block in your blog post (like I did above), to make it stand out from the rest of your content, or you can simply type in your default text. Despite what I said above, you could even use a graphic design program, like Canva, to make it into an image and make it stand out that way.
Using blog quotes in your posts can be another way to connect with your readers, or to solidify a point you are trying to make in your copy. Did you like any of the quotes above?
In addition to blog quotes, I usually try to offer a freebie in my content as well. So here are some free blogging planner pages for you below.
